A small intimate wedding for six.

Chateaubriand, Specialty Mashed Potatoes, Broccoli Casserole
All weddings are special, but because this couple had to overcome many obstacles to finally get married after 10 years, it was very special for us.

Finally Completed!

Come on in. We're down to the last few days before our opening.
What do you think? Better than the red? I think so.
From the front door.
I just love it. I hope you do as well.

Catering Shop- Sandwich Shop- Tea Room

Well, I've finally done it. Not a tea room (yet), but a new catering shop with a front area perfect for a nice upscale sandwich shop as well as eventual tea room. My husband & I decided that we are in fact going to open it for sandwiches and eventually for ladies tea parties and then full on tea room, should business grow. I've posted "before" pictures- the "after's" are coming soon. Keep us in your prayers as we venture on.
We covered the awful red in a bright green. The accent colors are pale tangerine and white.

We have a great prep area here that's perfect for sandwich making.

You can see the front area is perfect for a small eating area. I have three tables set up at this time. They're just temporary tables, but it looks very sweet. Can't wait to get the real ones in!

This area is already packed with catering supplies! But there is still a lot of room for tables.
I'll post more later as we finish.

Fleury- Bourque Wedding Reception

Every Table setting was different. Design by "Celebrate Weddings & Events"
Place Settings by STC, Inc.
Isn't this gorgeous!

Preparing the tables for Fresh Fruit & Gourmet Cheeses
We served Marinated Grilled Chicken Breast, Southern Green Beans, Specialty Mashed Potatoes, and a Carving station of Beef Tenderloin by Chef Ken. It melted in your mouth! Everyone was raving!
I love this centerpiece. Can you believe I got the wicker vase at TJ Maxx for 16.00 bucks!!
Awaiting the Carver and the Tenderloin!
Here we served a Caesar Salad and Italian Pasta Salad with an assortment of dinner rolls.
Guest sign in table.
Let's Eat!

The rehearsal dinner was embracing the Groom's family name of Greene.
So green was incorporated in every way.
We served ambrosia, grilled chicken breasts, honey glazed ham, scalloped potatoes, country green beans and sweet buttery corn. Accompanied by corn muffins and dinner rolls.

Dinner was for 40 guests and consisted of light Hors D' Oeuvres and Apple Martini's beforehand.

This arrangement was the work of the mother of the groom. How fun!
Guests were encouraged to have a Apple Martini as they entered the Hall.
Such a pretty display, don't you think.

Kukucka-Farrell Wedding Reception

The day started with fruits, cheeses and pate.

Our team was enjoying the day as much as the guests.

Waiting for the coffee to arrive- Godiva Pumpkin Spice! It is so good.

 Setting the tables and buffet.

The gourgeous bride arrives in the most beautiful wedding gown!

Doesn't she look like a beautiful, swan.

Let's Eat! Lemon Herb Chicken, Pork Roast with Bourbon Sauce, Roasted Pig (from the family), Southern Mashed Potatoes, Apricot-Ginger Glazed Carrots and Stuffed Cabbage from the family as well. The bride's family is Croation and supplied foods from their family's heritage. It was our pleasure to incorporate it on our buffet.

Thanks for your visit. Thank you to the Kukucka & Farrell families
