CHOCOLATE FLUFF TARTLETS

This is the easiest dessert I've ever made and you are gonna love it!
2 packages of Phyllo tart cups
1 cup heavy whipping cream, well chilled
1/2 cup Hershey's or other chocolate syrup, well chilled
1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk, chilled
Powdered sugar
In a very well chilled bowl, whip all liquid ingredients on high for 7-10 minutes or until thick & fluffy. Pipe into each tart cup. Then sprinkle with powdered sugar.

That's it! Honestly, that's all there is to it.
