It's been a long and blessed Thanksgiving & Christmas catering season. And I can honestly say I am thankful for the wonderful business, but also that it has finally come to an end. I could have had at the least- three- more events this coming week. But since I've not even had time to buy a tree, a gift or take any time rejoicing over the season. I've said NO! I just can't take anymore. I LOVE my customers, but I've got to take care of my staff, self and family.I do give a heartfelt THANK YOU to all those who allowed us to cater for you this past year. It has been the busiest year of our business. And in this terrible economy, it has truly been a blessing and we thank you all from the bottom of our hearts.
