The rehearsal dinner was embracing the Groom's family name of Greene.
So green was incorporated in every way.
We served ambrosia, grilled chicken breasts, honey glazed ham, scalloped potatoes, country green beans and sweet buttery corn. Accompanied by corn muffins and dinner rolls.
Dinner was for 40 guests and consisted of light Hors D' Oeuvres and Apple Martini's beforehand.
This arrangement was the work of the mother of the groom. How fun!
Guests were encouraged to have a Apple Martini as they entered the Hall.
Such a pretty display, don't you think.

That was a lovely rehersal dinner with unique green decor. The menu sounds great and the green apple martini station was a fun idea.
