Today's recipe is short and sweet as I am short on time today as well. Catering tonight!
1 bag of cranberries
1 cup of sugar (more or less to taste)
2 naval oranges- peeled, seeded & sectioned
juice of 1 lemon
pinch of salt
1 cup of chopped pecans- (optional)
Place all ingredients except pecans in a food processor and pulse until all are combined but not soupy. Pour in serving bowl and mix in chopped pecans if using. Place in refrigerator and let rest for at least 1 hour.
