For Christmas this year, the only real "thing" I wanted was a new mixer. Never in my wildest dreams did I really think anyone would buy one for me, but just look! I am thrilled with it.
I like the fact that it has a bowl cover too.
Here I'm making a 'no bake' cheese cake (it wasn't very good), but my new mixer is great.
It's great for whipping cream- fast & fluffy.
Samantha thought it was pretty cool too.
I'll post as I go along making new recipes with this awesome new gadget. And since it does have a dough beater, maybe I'll try baking some bread too. With 750 hp, it should be a breeze. LOL!

Wow! I'd love to have a mixer like this! :) I've never seen one with a cover.
Wow, that's a beauty! I've been wanting a stand mixer. I got a new hand mixer for Christmas, so that will have to do for now.
Can't wait to see all the yummy things you'll mix up.
That IS a great gift! I have a hand-me-down stand mixer but would love to have a nice one like this someday. I especially like the bowl cover -- when I made a double batch of sugar cookie dough at Christmas, it kept "climbing" up the beaters and was really a mess!
(And it was so fun running into you at the tea room today, too! We need to go together sometime!)

My GOODNESS" that thing is huge. What a mechanical wonder it is.
